Passage of the Day - Psalm 130

Psalm 130
(New International Version)

A song of ascents.

1 Out of the depths I cry to you, LORD;
2 Lord, hear my voice.
Let your ears be attentive
to my cry for mercy.

3 If you, LORD, kept a record of sins,
Lord, who could stand?
4 But with you there is forgiveness,
so that we can, with reverence, serve you.

5 I wait for the LORD, my whole being waits,
and in his word I put my hope.
6 I wait for the Lord
more than watchmen wait for the morning,
more than watchmen wait for the morning.

7 Israel, put your hope in the LORD,
for with the LORD is unfailing love
and with him is full redemption.
8 He himself will redeem Israel
from all their sins.

Our Lord is not deaf...nor blind to see what we have been through in our lives. Nor did He forget what we go through...though we stumble and fall out of His will...yet, because of Christ atonement of our sins...we are forgiven.
Truly, God's unfailing love to us is His way of redeeming us back to Him...through Christ our Lord.
    Thank You Lord!

Well personally, I find this Scripture very comforting that no matter how sinful we are, our Father in Heaven kept no record of our wrongs and He's always ready to forgive us if we ask. He will always listen and in Him there is always hope. He gives me strength to keep on going even in the lowest time of my life. His unfailing love sustains me everyday.
